Collections floor
Telecallers, team leads and QA reviewers across six stationed sites. DRA certification is arranged for you; police verification is mandatory.
Field
Field officers and beat supervisors in Maharashtra, Goa, Tamil Nadu and Delhi, working from the FOS app with geo-tagged visits.
Platform engineering
A small team building the operating system the floor runs on: voice, flows, channels, evidence. Full-stack, with strong opinions about Indian lending.
Operations and client delivery
The people who onboard a lender's book, run the first flows with them, and answer for the numbers.
