The role

What you would be doing

The agent holds live, interruptible calls in ten Indian languages plus Hinglish. You own the pipeline from speech recognition to synthesis, the prompts and tools per persona, and the evaluation loop that uses the floor's real, consented recordings to make it better every week.

  • Own the real-time voice pipeline: recognition, turn detection, language models, synthesis, latency budget.
  • Design and evaluate agent prompts and in-call tools with the QA team's findings.
  • Build evaluation sets from consented recordings; measure containment, PTP capture and complaint rate.
  • Integrate and benchmark Indic speech and language providers.

You

What we need from you

  • Three years in applied ML, speech or conversational AI, shipped to production.
  • Python; comfortable with streaming audio and async systems.
  • Fluent in at least one of Hindi, Tamil or Marathi, and a good ear for how borrowers actually speak.

Good to have

  • LiveKit, WebRTC or SIP experience.
  • Prompt evaluation frameworks.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.

Four steps, no portal

The same process for every role: a five-minute form, a conversation with the person you would work for, a working session, and an offer with the details in it.

    Apply below

The form takes five minutes. A CV link and a few lines on what you would do first.

  2. 02

    A conversation

Thirty minutes with the person you would work for, about the work, within five working days.

  3. 03

    A working session

A scored practice call for the floor and field; a bounded problem for engineering and analysis; a strategy note for portfolio roles.

  4. 04

    An offer in writing

Compensation, location, hours, certification and screening requirements, before you decide.
