The role

What you would be doing

The platform's web app is where a head of collections, a team lead and a caller spend their day. You will own screens end to end with the backend team, keep the design system consistent, and make dense, data-heavy interfaces feel fast on ordinary office machines.

  • Ship features across the admin, agent and portal apps in Next.js App Router with strict TypeScript.
  • Extend the flow-builder canvas (React Flow) and the high-density grids and dashboards.
  • Keep the shared primitives and tokens coherent; no hand-rolled cards, no untyped code.
  • Write component and end-to-end tests; keep Lighthouse and accessibility scores where they are.

You

What we need from you

  • Three years of production React, at least one on Next.js App Router.
  • Strong TypeScript; comfortable with data-heavy UIs, virtualised lists and canvas libraries.
  • Cares about accessibility, keyboard flows and load time, and can show it.

Good to have

  • React Flow, Glide Data Grid or ECharts.
  • Design-system ownership.
  • Hindi or another Indian language for in-app copy review.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.

How we hire

Four steps, no portal

The same process for every role: a five-minute form, a conversation with the person you would work for, a working session, and an offer with the details in it.

  1. 01

    Apply below

The form takes five minutes. A CV link and a few lines on what you would do first.

  2. 02

    A conversation

Thirty minutes with the person you would work for, about the work, within five working days.

  3. 03

    A working session

A scored practice call for the floor and field; a bounded problem for engineering and analysis; a strategy note for portfolio roles.

  4. 04

    An offer in writing

Compensation, location, hours, certification and screening requirements, before you decide.
