For borrowers
Contacted by a lender using attpro?
attpro is software that lenders and their collection teams use to manage loan repayments. We do not own your loan and we do not decide the amounts - but calls, messages and payment links you receive may run through our platform, so here is what you should expect from them.
What a genuine contact looks like
A caller or message will name your lender and the loan it concerns. Payment links open an order page operated by a regulated payment gateway, with the amount shown before you approve anything in your own UPI or banking app.
What we never ask for
No OTP, no PIN, no password, no card number read out on a call, and no payment into a personal UPI handle or personal account. Anyone asking for these is not collecting through this platform - end the call and report it to your lender and to cybercrime.gov.in.
When contact can happen
Calling windows are enforced by the system itself, in Indian Standard Time, in line with RBI conduct expectations. If you ask not to be contacted on a channel, that request is recorded and honoured across the platform.
If you are in genuine hardship
Say so on the call. Hardship is a recorded outcome, not an inconvenience - it routes your account towards revised arrangements a human can approve, and it is exactly the kind of information that changes how you are contacted next.
Complaints
Something felt wrong? Say so - it is recorded
Every call on this platform is recorded and every contact leaves an evidence trail, which means a complaint can be judged on facts rather than memory.
- 01
Start with your lender
Your loan agreement is with them, and their grievance process is the one with authority over your account. Ask the caller for the lender's grievance contact - they are required to know it.
- 02
If it concerns conduct on this platform
Write to info@attpro.in with "Grievance" in the subject. We acknowledge within 48 hours, route it to the lender with the evidence attached, and confirm to you that we have.
- 03
If you get no resolution
The RBI Ombudsman scheme covers complaints against regulated lenders at cms.rbi.org.in once the lender's own process has run its course.
The formal process, timelines and named ownership: grievance redressal.
