The role
What you would be doing
The platform is a multi-tenant system with a flow engine, an evidence ledger and adapters for every channel. You will own features end to end, from the migration to the screen, and see them used by the floor downstairs the week they ship.
- Own features across the stack: FastAPI services, Postgres schemas, Next.js screens.
- Extend the flow engine and channel adapters without breaking the park-and-resume contract.
- Write tests that run in CI; keep the evidence chain and tenant isolation intact.
- Pair with the floor and the delivery lead to understand what the screen is for.
You
What we need from you
- Three years shipping production software; comfortable in Python and TypeScript.
- Solid SQL and an understanding of transactions, idempotency and background jobs.
- Cares about tests, migrations and not surprising the person on call.
Good to have
- Telephony, messaging or payments integrations.
- React Native for the field app.
- Indian lending domain knowledge.
