Scope of this policy

This policy covers the website at https://attpro.in and the enquiry, demo and subscription forms on it. It is issued by ATTPRO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD (“attpro”, “we”), a company incorporated in India.

It does not cover borrower or customer data processed inside the attpro platform. For that data each lender is the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), and we act as a data processor on the lender’s documented instructions under a signed agreement. Borrowers who have been contacted by a lender using the platform should read the page for borrowers.

02

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us:

  • Demo and contact forms: name, work email, company, role, the size band of your book, and an optional phone number.
  • Working-notes subscription: an email address.
  • Job applications: name, phone, email, preferred city, experience, languages, a link to your CV or profile, and what you write in the note.
  • Correspondence: what you write to us by email, and our replies.

We do not collect personal data automatically. The site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. One browser-local preference (your light or dark theme choice) is stored in your own browser and never sent to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request path, user agent) for security and capacity purposes for a bounded period.

03

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies. Two values are kept in your browser’s local storage and never sent to us: your light or dark theme choice, and your cookie-settings choice itself. Both can be cleared from the footer’s cookie settings or by clearing site data in your browser.

If we add an analytics tool in future it will be switched off until you enable it in cookie settings, and this section will name the tool and what it records.

04

Why we process it

We use the data above for the purpose you gave it to us for, and nothing else:

  • to reply to an enquiry or schedule a demo;
  • to send the working notes you subscribed to, until you unsubscribe;
  • to keep the website secure and available;
  • to meet a legal obligation, if one applies.

We do not build marketing lists from enquiries, sell or rent personal data, or use it to train models.

05

Lawful basis and consent

Under the DPDP Act we process the data you submit on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form for a stated purpose, and for the legitimate uses the Act permits, such as responding to a request you voluntarily made. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@attpro.in; withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened lawfully.

06

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who process it for us under contract and to our instructions: the provider that hosts this website, the provider that delivers our email, and, where a lead is passed to a customer-relationship tool, that tool. They may not use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose personal data where the law requires it, to a regulator or court with authority to ask, or to protect the rights and safety of a person. We will tell you when we are allowed to.

The current list of categories of provider is on the Trust Center.

07

Where it is kept

Enquiry data and platform data are stored in India. Where a service provider processes data outside India (for example, transactional email delivery), we do so only in countries not restricted by the Central Government under the DPDP Act, under contract terms that require equivalent protection.

08

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and demo requests: for as long as the conversation is live and for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.
  • Subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, then the address is removed from the list within 7 days.
  • Job applications: six months from receipt, then deleted; sooner on request.
  • Server logs: 90 days.

If a legal obligation requires us to keep a record longer, we keep only what that obligation needs and tell you which obligation it is.

09

How we protect it

Personal data is transmitted over TLS, stored encrypted at rest, and accessible only to the people who need it to reply to you. The security measures that apply to the platform - schema-per-tenant isolation, envelope-encrypted secrets, audited access - are described on the security page and the Trust Center.

10

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
  • ask us to correct, complete or update it;
  • ask us to erase it, subject to any retention the law requires;
  • withdraw consent;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to;
  • raise a grievance with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Write to info@attpro.in with “Privacy request” in the subject. We acknowledge within 48 hours and respond substantively within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

11

Children

This website is for businesses and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, write to info@attpro.in and we will delete it.

12

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top and, for material changes, note what changed in the Trust Center. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
