The role

What you would be doing

Your day is on your phone. The app gives you the beat sorted by route, the account summary and what happened on the last three contacts; you capture the visit, the promise or the payment on the doorstep, and the record is written before you are back on the bike.

  • Complete the allocated beat within visit windows; capture every visit with location and outcome in the app.
  • Take promises to pay with dates; issue numbered receipts for field payments.
  • Report wrong addresses, alternate numbers and skip leads through the app so the flow can act.
  • Follow the disclosure script and conduct rules on every doorstep; no visit outside the window.

You

What we need from you

  • Two-wheeler and a valid licence; an Android phone.
  • Knows the city; can read an address and a map.
  • Fluent in the local language and Hindi.
  • Police Clearance Certificate before joining; we arrange and pay for IIBF DRA certification if you do not already hold it.

Good to have

  • Prior field collections or last-mile delivery experience.
  • Secured-asset repossession experience for the senior grade.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.
