How it runs

Payments end to end

The same shape on every account: the flow acts, the world answers, the account is written. Nothing depends on someone remembering.

  1. 1AgreeA promise is captured as a date and an amount, in the conversation, as fields.
  2. 2SendThe payment link goes out while the call is still live, not after it.
  3. 3RemindThe day before and the morning of, against the borrower's own commitment.
  4. 4CollectLinks, UPI, NACH mandates and the self-service portal, on your own gateway keys.
  5. 5ReconcileThe receipt matches back to the loan and the promise, so nobody chases paid money.

Kept or broken, the outcome is a branch, and the flow acts on it the same day.

What it does

The working parts

Each part is a real record in the platform, not a feature on a slide. 4 of them make up payments.

Links in every channel

The voice agent, a WhatsApp message or a field officer can issue the same payment link, tied to the account and reconciled automatically.

PTP tracking

Promises have dates. Kept promises close the loop; broken ones re-enter the flow on the branch you drew for exactly that.

Self-service portal

A borrower-facing page with the outstanding amount, payment options and receipts - no app install, no login friction.

Reconciliation

Razorpay and Cashfree callbacks post payments to the account in near real time. The ledger, not a spreadsheet, is the source of truth.

In-call
link delivery

Sent while intent is at its peak.

Your keys
your gateway

Razorpay or Cashfree, under your own contract.

Matched
to loan and promise

Unmatched receipts surface as an exception somebody owns.

Controls and outputs

What you set, and what you get back

Every control is a setting in the admin app with an audit trail; every output is a record on the borrower, not a spreadsheet.

Questions

Before a pilot on payments

The questions a collections head or an infosec team asks first. Anything else, an engineer answers on the demo call.

Ask them on a demo call
Whose payment gateway is it?

Yours. Your Razorpay or Cashfree credentials, your settlement account, your rates. The platform creates links and mandates on your behalf and reads the webhooks.

How are promises to pay tracked?

A promise is a dated record on the account. The engine watches the date: a payment by then keeps the promise, a miss branches the flow and marks the promise broken for the dashboards.

What about settlements and hardship?

Settlement offers and hardship plans are records with an approver, a validity and a schedule. The workflows for negotiated restructures are on the roadmap and are not yet in the product.

Bring one delinquent cohort. We will run it.

A demo here is not a slideshow. Pick a segment of your book, watch a flow built for it, and hear an agent call a test number in your language.
