The role

What you would be doing

You run 25 to 40 field officers across a city. Beat planning and allocation rules live on the platform; your judgement decides which accounts deserve a visit, who goes, and when a case moves to the recovery track.

  • Plan beats and allocation each week; balance capacity against the lender's priority segments.
  • Review coverage, visit outcomes and receipts daily on the field dashboard.
  • Handle escalations: hostile visits, disputes at the door, repossession handovers.
  • Run conduct refreshers and spot-check visits in person.

You

What we need from you

  • Five years in field collections, two supervising a team of 20 or more.
  • Knows the city's geography and the secured-recovery process end to end.
  • Fluent local language and Hindi; working English for reporting.
  • Police Clearance Certificate before joining; we arrange and pay for IIBF DRA certification if you do not already hold it.

Good to have

  • Experience with app-based field allocation.
  • Repossession and yard-management exposure.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.
