Telecaller, Collections

You work early-bucket personal loan, two-wheeler and credit card accounts from a stationed floor. The dialer, the script, the borrower's history and the payment link are on one screen; the AI agent has already done the first two contacts, so the conversations you get are the ones that need a person.

• Work the allocated queue on the telecaller console, in the borrower's language.
• Capture the right disposition every time: promise with a date, dispute with a reason, hardship, wrong number.
• Send payment links and record receipts from the call; never take a payment to a personal account.
• Escalate to your team lead when the account needs a settlement, a field visit or a supervisor.
• Stay inside the calling window, the disclosure script and the frequency cap the system shows you.

• Fluent Hindi or Tamil and working English; a second regional language is a plus.
• Clear, patient speaking voice and the temperament to be told no twenty times an hour.
• 12th pass or above; basic computer use.
• Police Clearance Certificate before joining; we arrange and pay for IIBF DRA certification if you do not already hold it.

Good to have

• Prior collections, telesales or customer-service floor experience.
• Familiarity with UPI, NACH and how EMIs work.
