The content here describes the attpro platform and the managed-recovery services of ATTPRO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, and is provided for evaluation. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Figures marked representative or illustrative are exactly that, and are not a promise of results on any portfolio.

Material on regulation - RBI directions and codes, TRAI regulations, the DPDP Act and others - explains how the platform behaves. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer-client relationship. Your compliance obligations as a regulated entity or its agent remain your own.

Use of the attpro platform, and any managed-recovery or hybrid engagement, is governed by the master service agreement, order form and data processing terms signed with each customer. Those documents prevail over anything on this site. Sign-in to the platform is available only to users a customer has provisioned.

You agree not to:

• probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities outside the responsible-disclosure process;
• submit false, misleading or automated form entries;
• scrape or bulk-download content, or use it to train models;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The attpro name, wordmark, illustrations, the cadence planner and all content on this site are owned by ATTPRO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation. Any other use requires our written permission. Third-party names on the customers page belong to their owners and are used to identify them.

Anything you send us through a form or by email that concerns your portfolio, your systems or your commercial position is treated as confidential and used only to respond to you. Anything we send you marked confidential - questionnaire answers, architecture notes, proposals - is for your evaluation and not for onward disclosure.

The website is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or that any description matches a feature on a given date. Platform commitments, including availability and support, are made only in the signed agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, ATTPRO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

The site links to regulators, payment providers and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution clause in a signed agreement between us.

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are noted in the Trust Center.
