The role

What you would be doing

The product has a rare advantage: its most demanding users sit one floor below engineering. You will turn what the floor, the field and the lenders need into a roadmap engineering can ship monthly, write the specs, and hold the line on what the platform will not do.

  • Own the roadmap and release notes; run discovery with team leads, field supervisors and lender collections heads.
  • Write specs and acceptance criteria engineering can build from without a meeting.
  • Prioritise ruthlessly across voice, flows, channels, payments, analytics and compliance.
  • Own the changelog, the in-app help content and the demo narrative with the delivery lead.

You

What we need from you

  • Five years in product management on a B2B platform, ideally in lending, payments or contact-centre software.
  • Can read a dashboard, a transcript and a database schema and ask the right question of each.
  • Writes clearly; comfortable saying no with reasons.

Good to have

  • Collections or NBFC operating experience.
  • Exposure to conversational AI products.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.

How we hire

Four steps, no portal

The same process for every role: a five-minute form, a conversation with the person you would work for, a working session, and an offer with the details in it.

  1. 01

    Apply below

The form takes five minutes. A CV link and a few lines on what you would do first.

  2. 02

    A conversation

Thirty minutes with the person you would work for, about the work, within five working days.

  3. 03

    A working session

A scored practice call for the floor and field; a bounded problem for engineering and analysis; a strategy note for portfolio roles.

  4. 04

    An offer in writing

Compensation, location, hours, certification and screening requirements, before you decide.
