The role
What you would be doing
The platform samples calls automatically and scores them; you are the person who decides whether the score is right, where the script is failing, and what the floor and the AI agent's prompt need to change.
- Review the daily QA sample across human and AI calls; score against the conduct rubric.
- Log findings as coaching notes for team leads and as prompt feedback for the voice team.
- Track disposition accuracy: where the code and the recording disagree.
- Prepare the monthly conduct audit pack per lender.
You
What we need from you
- Two years in collections QA, compliance or training.
- Fluent Hindi and English, plus Tamil or Marathi; a good ear for tone.
- Comfortable with rubrics, spreadsheets and writing a finding in one clear sentence.
- Police Clearance Certificate before joining; we arrange and pay for IIBF DRA certification if you do not already hold it.
Good to have
- Experience with speech analytics or transcript review tools.
Compensation and terms
Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.
