The role
What you would be doing
A site is 40 to 145 people, several lender mandates and a field team. You own its numbers, its conduct record and its clients, with the platform giving you one view of all three.
- Own site output: resolution and cost-to-collect targets per lender mandate.
- Hire, certify and retain team leads, callers and field officers; keep every seat compliant.
- Run the monthly lender reviews with the digital portfolio manager.
- Own the site's conduct record: complaints, audit findings, refresher training.
You
What we need from you
- Eight years in collections, at least three running a floor of 40 or more.
- Deep working knowledge of RBI conduct expectations, DRA norms and lender audit packs.
- Fluent Hindi and English, plus the site's local language.
- Police Clearance Certificate before joining; we arrange and pay for IIBF DRA certification if you do not already hold it.
Good to have
- P&L ownership.
- Experience opening a new site.
Compensation and terms
Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.
