The role

What you would be doing

You are the person who draws the flow. Given a lender's portfolio, you decide how it is segmented, what the cadence is per bucket, where the AI agent negotiates and where a human or a visit is worth the cost, and you defend the numbers to the lender each month.

  • Design and publish recovery flows per product and bucket on the flow builder; test changes with A/B branches.
  • Set calling windows, frequency caps, channel priorities and settlement ladders within the lender's policy.
  • Read the dashboards daily: resolution, roll rates, cost to collect, complaint rate; adjust the strategy.
  • Present the monthly review to the lender with the evidence behind every number.
  • Work with the voice team on agent prompts and with the field supervisor on allocation.

You

What we need from you

  • Four years in collections strategy, digital collections or portfolio analytics at a lender, fintech or agency.
  • Fluent with DPD buckets, roll rates, PTP kept rates and unit economics per channel.
  • Comfortable with dashboards and spreadsheets; can write a clear strategy note.

Good to have

  • Experience with a flow or campaign builder; SQL.
  • Exposure to voice AI or messaging automation.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.
