FOS App by ATTPRO
The field officer's whole day, on one phone
Allocations, directions and scripts in the morning; visits, promises and receipts captured on the doorstep, with or without signal; geo-tagged evidence in the borrower record by the time the officer is back on the bike. Android and iOS, one codebase, distributed privately to your team.
What it does
Six things a diary cannot
The app exists so a visit ends as data rather than a note in a pocket. Everything it captures is a real record on the platform.
The day, allocated
Each officer opens the app to today's accounts, addresses, history and the script for the visit. Beat planning and allocation rules run on the platform; the phone just shows the list.
Works without signal
Visits, promises to pay and receipts are captured offline and sync when the network returns. Field work does not wait for 4G.
Geo-tagged, time-stamped
Every visit carries location, time and the captured outcome, so the record stands up in a dispute and the supervisor sees coverage, not claims.
Receipts with numbering
Payments taken in the field issue a numbered receipt on the spot and post to the account like any other payment.
Outcomes the flow understands
Visited, paid, promised, not found, wrong address: each outcome is a disposition, and the flow branches on it the moment it syncs.
Conduct built in
Visit windows enforced on the device, the disclosure script in the officer's language, and a DRA-certified, police-verified user behind every login.
A day in the app
Morning list to evening sync
Written from the officer's side of the screen, because that is who has to like it.
- 01
Morning: the list
Allocations for the beat, sorted by route, with the account summary and the last three contacts on each.
- 02
On the doorstep
The script, the outstanding amount in words the borrower uses, and one screen to capture what happened, offline if it has to be.
- 03
A promise or a payment
A promise gets a date and lands on the account; a payment issues a receipt and reconciles. Either one resumes the borrower's flow.
- 04
Evening: nothing to type up
The sync already wrote every visit to the record. The supervisor's dashboard shows coverage, outcomes and productivity per officer.
Rollout
Devices, distribution and the data on them
What an IT team and an infosec reviewer ask before an app goes on a hundred phones.
Devices and distribution
- Android and iOS from one codebase; runs on the budget Android phones a field team actually carries.
- Distributed privately to your officers, or through your device-management tool; no public store listing required.
- Each login is a named, role-scoped user on your tenant; lost devices are revoked from the platform.
Data on the device
- Only the day's allocations are held locally, encrypted, and cleared after sync.
- No borrower data is shared with other apps; location is used only while a visit is being captured.
- Under a managed engagement the officers are ATTPRO's own, DRA-certified and police-verified.
Coverage
Where the people are
Stationed collections teams, not a franchise map. Each site is a leased floor with supervisors, quality and its own conduct audit.
Operating offices in Cochin and Bangalore carry delivery and engineering rather than a collections floor.
Put it on an officer's phone for a week.
One beat, one team, the app on their own devices, measured against the diary it replaces. That is the field pilot.
