The role

What you would be doing

A collections platform cannot ship a regression that places a call outside the window or double-counts a payment. You will own the test strategy: what runs on every pull request, what runs nightly against a seeded tenant, and what a release needs before it goes to a lender.

  • Own the pytest integration suites and the Playwright end-to-end suites; keep them fast and trustworthy.
  • Model the flows that matter most - park and resume, payments reconciliation, compliance gates - as automated scenarios.
  • Build device-level tests for the FOS app's offline and sync paths.
  • Own the release checklist and evidence pack per release.

You

What we need from you

  • Three years in test automation with Python or TypeScript; Playwright or Cypress in production.
  • Can read application code well enough to test the seam, not the surface.
  • Understands idempotency, retries and eventual consistency, and how to test them.

Good to have

  • Mobile test automation (Detox, Maestro).
  • Performance and load testing.
  • BFSI release governance experience.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.

The form takes five minutes. A CV link and a few lines on what you would do first.

  2. 02

    A conversation

Thirty minutes with the person you would work for, about the work, within five working days.

  3. 03

    A working session

A scored practice call for the floor and field; a bounded problem for engineering and analysis; a strategy note for portfolio roles.

  4. 04

    An offer in writing

Compensation, location, hours, certification and screening requirements, before you decide.
