The role

What you would be doing

Every new hire goes through you: conduct, product, the disposition taxonomy, the console or the app. Every existing hire sees you each cycle for the refresher. Your measure is the site's complaint rate and disposition accuracy.

  • Run induction for callers and field officers: conduct, DRA syllabus, product, platform.
  • Deliver the periodic refresher on RBI Fair Practices and lender-specific rules.
  • Build role-play and practice-call material from real, anonymised cases.
  • Track training outcomes against QA findings and complaint data.

You

What we need from you

  • Three years training on a collections or BFSI floor.
  • Knows the DRA syllabus and RBI conduct expectations cold.
  • Fluent Hindi and English; Marathi for Pune.
  • Police Clearance Certificate before joining; we arrange and pay for IIBF DRA certification if you do not already hold it.

Good to have

  • Instructional design experience.
  • Familiarity with dialer or CRM platforms.

Compensation and terms

Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.
