The role
What you would be doing
You sit between the lender's collections head, their IT team and our platform. Onboarding is a file-mapping session, credential setup and a first flow built together; you make that take days, and then you stay as the person who answers for the numbers.
- Run onboarding: LMS export mapping, preflight, credential setup, first campaign, go-live checklist.
- Own the lender relationship day to day; run the weekly and monthly reviews.
- Turn lender feedback into product requests with the evidence attached.
- Coordinate the digital portfolio manager, site manager and engineering on one plan.
You
What we need from you
- Four years in client delivery, implementation or account management in BFSI or SaaS.
- Understands an LMS export and a collections floor well enough to sit between them.
- Fluent English and Hindi; clear written communication.
Good to have
- Project-management certification.
- Collections domain experience.
Compensation and terms
Stated in the offer, in writing, with location, hours, certification and screening requirements. Where a role needs DRA certification we arrange and pay for it; a Police Clearance Certificate is required before joining floor and field roles.
