About SK
Viswanath brings the lender's side of the table. Two decades in senior and top management in retail finance, most of it at HDFC Bank, where he was Vice President and National Head for personal and gold loans.
Running a national unsecured and gold-loan book means living with delinquency as a number on a dashboard every morning, and choosing which agencies, which scripts and which settlements to back. He has sat where our clients sit.
At ATTPRO he keeps the operation honest to what a head of collections needs: reporting a credit committee will accept, settlement logic that protects the book, and a product roadmap that starts from the lender's portfolio, not the vendor's feature list.
“The lender does not buy calls. The lender buys a number it can defend to its credit committee.”
