Amit Singh

Amit designed and built the platform the floor runs on: the AI voice agent that holds a live conversation in ten Indian languages plus Hinglish, the flow engine that parks and resumes a lakh borrower journeys on real signals, the messaging, field, payments and evidence layers, and the multi-tenant, India-resident infrastructure underneath them.

He is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AcmaCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd., which he started in 2008 and where he has been responsible for overall leadership, strategy, management, product development and technical direction since the company's inception. He holds the same role at AcmaTel Communications Pvt. Ltd., founded in the same year, and at MediSuggest Services India Pvt. Ltd., founded in 2024. He is also Chief Technology Officer at AcmaSoft Technologies, the software company behind the collections platform, which he has led since 2008.

His strengths lie in identifying and investing in next-generation technologies, and in encouraging internal entrepreneurship so that the businesses he runs stay at the front of technology innovation rather than following it. He is a veteran of outsourced product development and IT services: before AcmaCorp Solutions Pvt. Ltd. he worked in technical roles at PCS Technology Ltd., Omnitech Info Solutions Ltd. and CMS Computers Ltd.

In his current role he counsels and collaborates with debt collection agencies and lending financial organisations, helping them drive change inside their own companies and improve collections through technology. He writes and speaks regularly on the IT challenges specific to debt collection, on global talent, on continuous skill development, and on why a strong corporate culture is worth building deliberately.

He brought the platform to ATTPRO with one rule: the collections floor downstairs is the first customer, and nothing ships until it survives a real book. That is why the product looks like a collections operation and not like a contact-centre suite with a rupee sign.

As Director and Chief Technology Officer he answers for product, engineering, platform security and data protection: the DPDP posture, the audit trail, the BYO-credentials model, and the questionnaire a bank's information-security team sends before a pilot.
